Return and Refund Policy

**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS! 

Sometimes the fit isn’t quite right, so here at Exposè Boutique we’re happy to accept returns on any acceptable garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any acceptable item returned to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Exposè Boutique when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.


Please do not return any merchandise outside of the return window without contacting customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of any perfume or cologne smells, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can start the process by going to our Return & Exchange Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories (including hats and face masks).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card or a store credit code, these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox.
