Please Note: Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with package delivery. 

The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Exposè Boutique. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may not ship or be delivered on weekends or holidays depending on where you are located. Orders received before 3pm EST are processed the same day Monday - Friday, during non holiday seasons.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free Shipping for orders over $75.00 is only available in the United States.

For U.S. Domestic orders, we will use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout and are available on your cart page before checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Unverifiable Addresses

Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed.  Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail.  Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city. 

Refused Packages
If your package is refused or return from USPS; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package.

Lost Packages 
We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS, UPS or FEDEX error. If we track your package and shows that it has been delivered or in transit, and you have not received your package we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a response from the carrier. 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Damages

Exposè Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
